A dry room is a system consisting of a room surrounded by panels and a unit such as a dehumidifier to supply dry air. Our company provides the whole design, with obtained patents, including the dehumidifier, with our desiccant rotor and the overall system of the dry room.
We manufacture dry rooms to meet the dew point our customers require, ranging from a general -40°C dew point level dry room to a super low dew point dry room supplying air with a dew point of -90°C or below.

We offer periodic maintenance, and our products deliver stable performance over a long period of time. We also make proposals, as needed, by creating a maintenance inspection list and a maintenance schedule, taking into consideration the operation hours of the product and the scheduling of replacement and recovery.

Rotor replacement service
Replacement of rotors
We offer separate-type rotors for places where delivery is difficult. We are happy to replace products from other manufacturers*. Please feel free to contact us.
* To replace products from other manufacturers, we need to conduct an on-site survey.
Rotor sampling and deterioration investigation
We obtain a sample by gouging out part of a rotor component. We then, examine the cause of deterioration in performance, and check moisture adsorption.
After sampling, a new part will be applied, so that the rotor can be reused.
Expansion and replacement construction
We accept a wide variety of orders including small-scale construction such as the calibration of measurement equipment and the replacement of parts, and large-scale construction projects such as installation of additional dehumidifiers and room expansion.
Measurement of temperature, humidity and airflow
Temperature and humidity conditions of the equipment to be dehumidified are checked. Temperature, humidity and airflow at the inlet and outlet of the dehumidifier are also measured to assess dehumidification performance. We can decide whether to calibrate the installed thermometer and hygrometer.
Analysis of air currents
Please consult us if you have any problem with a room environment such as temperature, humidity and the cleanliness of your existing clean room, etc. We will conduct an on-site survey, and implement measures, by analyzing air currents, to provide a better room environment.
